• Free shipping is only valid to metro delivery destinations within Australia. Refer to the below table to see if your Post Code is included in this offer.
• We Ship products throughout Australia using several Couriers such as Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers.
• Offer excludes bulky items.
• This offer only applies to orders placed online for delivery or over the phone orders

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We use a selection of courier services with delivery times between 3 – 5 business days for metro areas and 3 – 10 business days after dispatch for regional areas. Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only.

Stock items are dispatched with 1-3 business days

DELIVERY FEES

We ship all products for FREE in the metro area only; Metro delivery Postcode table is below.

TRACK & TRACE

All orders placed online are delivered via courier. All products will be shipped with a tracking number; tracking number will be emailed once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your order has been packed ready for dispatch you will see a consignment number and link to track your order directly through the courier’s website.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

We also provide an option of Authority to Leave (ATL) on the day of delivery.
This option is available on the

We do not post items to P.O Boxes  (ATL) on the day of delivery.

Pick up Order

We welcome our customers to view and collect any items from our showroom/warehouse.
